On 1st November 2018, Standing Committee of National Assembly conducted a meeting under the presidency of Samdech Heng Samrin, President of the NA. The meeting is to review some agenda as well as to review the draft law of Financial Management 2019.

1. The meeting decided to hand over  the draft law of financial management 2019 to the Committee of Economy, Finance, Banking and Auditing of NA and return the feedback to NA.
2. The Meeting decided to hand over  the draft law of​ ​general state budget payments for 2017 management​​​ to the Committee of Economy, Finance, Banking and Auditing of NA and return the feedback to NA.
3. The Meeting decided to hand over the draft law on the approval of the Extradition Treaty between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Russian Federation for the Commission of Justice and Justice of the National Assembly in cooperation with the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Propaganda and Information of the National Assembly and return the feedback to NA.
4. The Meeting decided to hand over the draft law on the approval of :

The agreement between the Government of Kingdom of Cambodia and Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax breaks with respect to tax on profit.

The agreement between the Government of Kingdom of Cambodia and Government of the Republic of Indonesia on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax breaks related to income tax. This agreement shall be presented to the Commission on Economy, Finance, Banking and Audit of the National Assembly, in cooperation with the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Propaganda and Information of the National Assembly, for consideration and study and report to the National Assembly Standing Committee.
