The Cambodia SEA Games Organising Committee (CAMSOC) is committed to finish all the preparations to host the 32nd SEA Games and the 12th ASEAN Para Games in 2023 by January 2023.

H.E. Thong Khon, Minister of Tourism and Vice President of CAMSOC underlined the commitment in a recent virtual follow-up meeting with the committee’s technical teams recently.

He encouraged all the tasked teams to ensure their work toward the set timing, especially in terms of skill sharpening for Cambodian athletes, complete preparation of competition courses and halls, as well as all necessary logistic arrangement for participating athletes and guests.

The CAMSOC vice president also laid stress on detailed management of other arrangements including the rollout of the launch plan and the promotion of the spirit of “one person, one sport” among the public.

H.E. Thong Khon was optimistic that Cambodia’s participation in the SEA Games 2021 and the organisation of the national sport event in 2022 will help equip all the technical teams with good experiences for the hosting of the SEA Games 2023.
